Since 2023, Lisa has been an investor with Aramco Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Aramco. She focuses on investments from the strategic sustainability fund, driving investments in European climate tech focused on industrial decarbonization and low-carbon fuels.

Before joining Aramco Ventures, Lisa was a Portfolio Manager at Chemovator, BASF’s in-house (pre-)seed investor and company builder. She was part of its incorporation years, starting as Incubation Operations Manager in a small founding team back in 2018.

Lisa’s passion for company building, venture capital, and deep-tech innovation has been shaped by her experiences at BASF, Novo Nordisk, and as a co-founder of a university edtech startup.

She holds an M.Sc. in Innovation Management and a B.Sc. in International Management. Her career is marked by extensive international experience, having worked across Hong Kong, Denmark, Canada, Germany, and the UK.
