Rüdiger Süß is head of the DLR_Startup Factory. In addition to co-management, he is also responsible for empowering prospective founders and coordinating DLR investments in spin-offs. He was also a mentor in various start-up programmes for many years.

Rüdiger previously worked at Accenture and CSC. He holds an engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from HEC Paris, France.
