Tim Cholibois is the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Enapter, the technological and commercial leader in AEM electrolysis, an Earthshot Prize laureate, and hailed as one of Fast Company’s ten most innovative firms in the energy sector. Before joining Enapter, Tim worked with Avina Clean Hydrogen as a Senior Technical Expert on bringing a large-scale green hydrogen project in the U.S. to FID.

Tim’s passion for green hydrogen ignited during his decade-long work as a strategy consultant, where he built a strong track record advising major utilities and multinational corporations across the U.S. and Europe in transitioning to more sustainable business models.

His background lies in international development. As a former advisor on sustainable infrastructure finance to national and sub-national governments, he worked with GIZ and the UN to make climate finance accessible to disadvantaged communities. He has published his peer-reviewed research on the social justice implications of climate finance and holds an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford.
